We enjoyed making clay star fish today! We rolled the clay and used a cutter before decorating our starfish with various different tools!

We are looking forward to decorating them after they have been in the kiln.

Every morning we practise writing sentences independently- we are doing brilliantly!

we enjoyed yoga and some mindfulness colouring!

We all enjoyed some planting in our outdoor areas!

We had great fun on science day doing lots of investigating. The children experimented with different ways to melt ice. We also learnt how to make gloop and looked at how it Changes from being solid to becoming like a liquid. The children especially enjoyed the biscuit challenge where we tested different biscuits to see which was best to have with your tea. We found that digestive biscuits are the best for dunking.

We enjoyed making Easter nests this week. We went to the cookery room. We followed our recipes and took our yummy nests home to enjoy!

We enjoyed another welly boot session today! We started by looking for signs of spring and then we collected things to count into a tens frame.

We collected sticks and made some nests. We also enjoyed some mud painting.

We added some sachets to our fire today and enjoyed a rainbow 🌈 fire 🔥

What an exciting morning we had! We went on a dinosaur adventure!! We met a dinosaur protecting her eggs and she read us a story! We played a very exciting game of the floor is lava and made our very own volcanoes!! 🌋 we explored some fossils from the museum and went on our own dinosaur bone excavation! It was a very exciting morning!

We had a great day celebrating world book day! We enjoyed a live zoom with the children at home and listened to the book ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’. We completed activities and talked about our favourite colours! We all looked fantastic in our costumes too!
